the receptionist, tilly, proved very helpful during my check-in process. the building displayed period design. i found the vibrant atmosphere quite appealing.
the hairdryer in my room did not work. staff said that sometimes it plays up.

i liked this hotel. it had great value for money and a great location was available. the staff was very friendly to me.
finding information to park my car was hard and directions to the hotel was difficult because is located on pedestrian roads.

the room was large and had tea and coffee facilities. the building looks lovely from outside. i found it very warm inside. the breakfast was delicious.
the curtains in the room were not thick enough so it was very bright at night.

The location was perfect, providing easy access to local attractions. The hotel architecture is amazing with historical details EVERYWHERE. I liked the friendly atmosphere . Staff answered every request quick.

friendly staff super tasty breakfast quiet room single glazing worn bedding extra blanket
The staff was super friendly and gave lots of interesting facts about the old building. I found that very cheerful! the breakfast was also delicious. the room was a good size and very quiet.
The heating wasn't on all day. single-glazed windows let in some cold air. There were no extra blankets available. the bedding seemed a bit worn out.
